 Committee Mission and Responsibilities
     
The Committee reports to the Parish Council and is responsible for Budget Preparation; Budget Projections; Monitoring Spending; and Status Reporting to the Parish Council and the General Parish.  It is not responsible for KDSA or other fund raising.
 
 Meeting Schedules 
    
The Finance Committee will meet at least four time per year; October, January, April, and June.  Any member may call a special meeting as needed.
Generally, meetings will be held after 10 o'clock Mass on Sundays and should last no longer that one hour.
    
The Finance Committee will submit the budget status to the Parish Council at least four time per year on the same schedule as above.
 
An annual report will be submitted to the Parish Membership once per year, after the end of the fiscal year. It will include the results of the previous year and the next year's budget.
 
Diocesan Reporting
 
The Finance Committee Chairperson or the Vice Chairperson and the Pastor will review finance reports sent to the Diocese.
